- Safety First: Prioritize the emotional safety and well-being of all members. Avoid triggering or sensitive topics without appropriate content warnings, and be mindful of the potential impact of your words on others.
- No Advice Giving: While sharing personal experiences and insights is encouraged, refrain from giving unsolicited advice or diagnosing others. Instead, offer support, validation, and encouragement to fellow members.
- Active Listening: Practice active listening and validation when responding to others' posts. Reflect back what you hear, express empathy, and validate the feelings and experiences shared by others.
